Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include all original tags and documentation.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
