How are the artworks packaged for shipping?
Each piece is meticulously handled by our specialist team. We use custom-built archival crates for large works and reinforced, acid-free packaging for smaller prints to ensure your art arrives in pristine condition.
Do you offer framing services?
Yes, we provide premium handcrafted framing options for most of our collection. You can select your preferred frame style on the product page, and the work will arrive ready to hang.
What is your return policy for original art?
We want you to love your new piece. If you are not satisfied, you can return original works within 7 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
Are the prints limited edition?
Many of our prints are released as limited editions and come with a signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity. Once an edition is sold out, it will not be reproduced.
Do you ship internationally?
Tappan ships to collectors worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the artwork's dimensions and your specific location.
