Terre D'amour

To create Virginie Hucher’s latest works, everything was an inspiration. But an overarching theme across all her works is nature. Because she lives and works in nature, and also travels often for the “Supports Vivants” series, nature, as well as the human body, are present across these works. Across the paintings in this series, each of which takes on a uniquely minimalist, sculptural composition, the concept of Taoism also shines through, which holds that the Tao is the source of everything and the ultimate principle underlying reality and birth.
